Refund policy

All sales of agricultural inputs including pheromone lures, sticky traps, and monitoring traps are final once dispatched. Rovando does not accept returns on opened or used products due to the nature of agricultural consumables.

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence sent to info@rovando.co.in. Replacements will be issued at Rovando's sole discretion after verification.

Rovando is not liable for product performance outcomes as field results depend on factors outside our control including pest pressure, weather, crop stage, and application method.
